BH FULL FUNCTIONAL DRILL RIG — PC
Brian Hennen Oilfield Mods
Version 0.11.1.0 — game-test build (Farming Simulator 25)

INSTALL
1. Exit FS25.
2. Delete/replace older FS25_BH_FullyFunctional_DrillingRig.zip in the mods folder.
Do not install this ZIP alongside an older copy of this Functional Land Rig.
Leave the mod archive zipped; do not put the source ZIP in the mods folder.
3. Enable FS25_BH_OilfieldStore_PC and this rig mod on the save.
4. Find the rig in Construction > BRIAN HENNEN OILFIELD MODS > ALL EQUIPMENT.
5. Place on a large, relatively level pad. Walk to the ground control cabinet.
Interact while on foot within approximately 3.5 m; use the key prompt FS25 shows.

WHAT CHANGED IN 0.11.1
- UNLIMITED drilling is now the DEFAULT. The 4-digit control display counts
UP in real minutes/seconds while running. An optional shift timer is still
  available: 5 / 10 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 120 minutes.
- START can restart a stopped or completed shift. STOP preserves the bore,
the attached joint, rack stock, inserted pipe, and liquid quantities.
RESUME continues a held mechanical operation at its exact position.
- The gas detector rolls one independent 20% chance after EACH 3 hours of
CONTINUOUS automatic drilling (including pipe resets) measured in REAL time (not the accelerated map clock).
With ordinary odds, the alert will be irregular; it is not guaranteed to
sound in any given three-hour interval.
- When a GAS warning trips, drilling motion and the mud pump PAUSE, the red
alarm indicator flashes and the real oilfield horn loops until ACK / Silence.
Use Alarm > ACK / Silence > Reset / Rearm, then Drilling > Resume.
- Ordinary START warning and routine shift completion no longer sound the
horn. Test Horn and emergency-stop remain deliberate audible overrides.
- Real recorded drilling sound has been boosted by +3 dB in the actual audio
asset; the XML drill-playback volume rose from 0.68 to 0.98 (and the sound
range is larger). Hoist, pump, generator and horn output are also raised.
- Only WATER needs a physical tanker delivery. The 20,000 L native WATER
buffer starts empty and accepts compatible WATER trailers at the WATER IN
connection on the rig's east/right side. The mud system automatically
recirculates its existing fluid and uses a SMALL amount of WATER as makeup
while operating. No separate mud/additives/diesel hauling is required.
- Water consumption is capped to 75 L per REAL minute; normal automatic
drilling consumed around 55 L/min in a scripted one-hour test. It may be
lower with idle time and with re-entry in an existing drilled well.
A full 20,000 L WATER buffer thus lasts several hours of drilling, not minutes.
Tank level is displayed in the cabinet's status overlay. Water unloading
compatibility and the precise empty-tank handling still need an FS25 test.
- Mud is present as recycled, animated gameplay fluid (initial 12,000 L in
a 20,000 L mud tank); it retains some fluid in the well and loses a little
during pumping. WATER already delivered via trailer replaces those losses
automatically. If WATER is empty, the mud reserve keeps drilling until
its own 100 L pump-intake reserve is reached, then drilling holds.
After delivering WATER, press Start / Resume; the rig automatically
primes its dry reserve with available WATER and can continue.
- Non-haulable rack pipe is automatically restocked 10 joints at a time by
a simulated crew while in automatic drilling mode. Physical pipe handling
still uses a finite 60-slot rack for player-operated controls; spare-pipe
orders are available without any hauling vehicle.

CONTROLS
Walk to the ground control cabinet and open the interaction.

DRILLING
Start / Continue Run automatically until STOP by default.
Pause Freeze the current mechanical position.
Resume Continue a held partial operation.
Stop Stop motion, pump and shift; save progress.
Choose Drilling Duration Unlimited or 5/10/15/30/60/120 real minutes.
Reset Shift Clock Reset clock only, not pipe, bore or tanks.

GAS DETECTOR
20% independent check per 3 REAL hours with automatic drill RUNNING and mud pump on.
On a clear (80%) check: keep drilling automatically, no horn, no pause.
On gas detection (20%): PAUSE plus audible horn; ACK / Rearm / Resume.
The 3-hour counter measures active real-world runtime, not the game clock.
Upgrading from the old 5-minute version starts a new full 3-hour window.
Alarm > ACK / Silence Stop horn while preserving gas event.
Alarm > Reset / Rearm Clear the latched gas condition.
Drilling > Resume Continue where the pipe stopped.
Alarm > Test Sound recorded oil-rig horn on demand.
Emergency Stop Immediately halt and latch the alarm.

WATER AND MUD
Native 20,000 L WATER storage, no global custom MUD fill type.
Unload from any compatible WATER tanker at the WATER IN service connection.
The rig consumes WATER slowly while the pump and drilling are operating.
Mud circulation, shaker, return flow and agitators are animated.
No separate mud tanker, chemical or fuel trailer is required in this build.
The pump can be started or stopped independently at the cabinet.
If the native WATER receiver is not available in a particular map/vehicle
pairing, test another vehicle that can unload WATER and inspect FS25 log.txt.

PIPE HANDLING
Raise attached joint, lower into the hole, hold, reverse/raise, retrieve
the inserted string one joint at a time, rack and load the joint.
The visible 9.5 m joint only disappears after its entire TOP has passed
the opening: 9.56 m of downward travel for a complete feed.
Bore depth records the maximum drilled depth, even after retrieval.
A water reserve, the installed pipe-rack inventory and full pump circuit
are visible in the cabinet status display.

LIMITATIONS AND TEST STATUS
This rig animates drilling and handles game resources; it does NOT actually
excavate map terrain or create a sellable crude-oil production fill type.
It does not attach third-party loose crane pipes.
This build has passed executable Lua controller assertions, save migration,
native storage mock checks, XML syntax and ZIP reference/CRC checks.
It has NOT been run in Farming Simulator 25 or GIANTS Editor in this
environment. In particular, test native tanker unloading, shop routing,
actual game audio/lighting, placement/collision and multiplayer in FS25.

FIRST GAME TEST
  A. Place the rig from BH store. Start (Unlimited).
  B. Stop and Start again. Verify the pipe and bore retain progress.
  C. Bring a WATER tanker to WATER IN, unload and confirm the HUD level goes up.
  D. Drill a few minutes; level should decrease slowly, not rapidly.
  E. Let it run for 3 real hours of continuous operating time for the first gas check.
20% chance of GAS: rig pauses, alarm sounds; 80% chance: it simply
KEEPS DRILLING without a stop and counts down the next 3-hour check.
You may also test the manual TEST horn immediately.
  F. ACK / Rearm / Resume after a gas alert.
  G. Save and reload a stopped rig; verify pipe, bore, water and alarm status.
  H. If an action does not work, send the FS25 log.txt and the name of the
exact control / tanker used. This is a test build, not an in-game guarantee.
